I personally read every email and form submission within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent project inquiries are usually answered the same business day.
Do you work with clients outside Colombia?
Yes — most of my active clients are in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and the broader LATAM region. I work fully remote and overlap with US Eastern, Central, and most LATAM timezones.
What's the difference between the contact form and the project brief?
The contact form is for quick questions, second opinions, and exploratory conversations. The project brief is for people who already know what they want and want a scoped proposal — it's 5 steps and takes about 5 minutes.
Can I book a call without sending a message first?

Do you sign NDAs before the first call?
Yes, mutual NDAs are common for projects that touch proprietary data or business logic. We can sign one before the call so the conversation isn't limited by confidentiality.
