By using this site or hiring me for a project, you agree to the terms below. Plain-English summary: be reasonable, pay what we agreed, I deliver what I promised.
Services
Service descriptions on this site are illustrative. The actual scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in a written agreement (brief + proposal) before any work begins. Anything not in writing is not promised.
Intellectual property
Code, designs, and content I create for you transfer to you upon full payment. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Portfolio case studies on this site describe real work and are used with permission.
Payment and refunds
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are set per project. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Unused prepaid hours expire after 12 months.
Liability
I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
Warranty
I warrant that work is delivered with reasonable skill and care, and that I will fix defects in my work for 30 days after delivery at no extra cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes are resolved first through direct conversation, then mediation, then the courts of Bogotá.
